This was absolutely the best refinance experience for me. Eric is so professional and knowledgeable. He is excellent in hand-holding and was patient with me when I just didn’t “get it,” as terms and polices, as well as some of the verbiage had changed since I purchased my home. If I had to do this all over again, Eric would be my first choice. I suppose that I need to remove him from my speed dial now that out business is complete. I cannot stress enough how much care and professionalism Eric puts into his work and follows up to make sure that everyone is happy. Go Eric! You rock.
