Like many of the other families he’s helped, we truly feel that he’s in this business not so much for the money, but more so because he wants to help. It didn’t matter what time of day or night we called or emailed with questions, Norman was always available and quick with a response. He also has an amazing sense of humor and I’m glad we got to experience that side of him too; we were able to let our guard down and have Norman guide us through this process quite effortlessly. He evidently knows his business very well. I have to say that we’ll miss not chatting with him, and we may just have to call him occasionally just to say hello. Lastly, although we did not communicate with our closer, Jessica De Ciantis, quite as much as we did with Norman, we would be remiss not to mention her too, as she was just as friendly, professional and passionate about her job as Norman was.
