I recently purchased my first home thanks to Penny and all her hard work. I had no idea what to expect when I first applied for my loan and getting me financed was not an easy feat. Throughout the entire process, Penny was always a phone call or email away to answer my many questions. I truly believe anyone else would have given up on me, but Penny worked her magic and was able to help me get that final approval for my beautiful new home.
