Linda May is an experienced mortgage professional who’s been helping customers reach their homeownership goals since 1983. She’s done so by delivering personalized service and providing a diverse line of loan solutions that meet each customer’s unique financing needs. Needs that include:

• First-time home purchases
• Second-home/investment purchases
• Jumbo and super jumbo financing
• Loan refinancing
• Down payment assistance program access
• Federal loan program access (VA, FHA, USDA)

Linda began working in the industry as an underwriter where, for 20 years, she reviewed loan applications to ensure they included all the necessary information and documentation needed to close. For the last 15+ years, she’s applied that understanding to mortgage loan origination by accurately and efficiently putting together customized loan packages that help her customers succeed. Linda treats borrowers like family and works hard to ensure they enjoy a simple, smooth, and rewarding loan process. Whether jumbo or a standard conforming loan, Linda delivers results!

When Linda isn’t working with customers, she’s spending time with her husband of 25 years and their son. She enjoys camping, gardening, biking, boating, and working on arts and craft projects. Linda also stays active in the community as a supporter of her local VFW (Veterans of Foreign Wars), in addition to volunteer work for various organizations focused on helping older community members. A native Californian, Linda loves serving her community and discovering new ways to help customers establish roots through better home financing.
