Born and raised in South Jersey, Christian loves living in the Philadelphia/ Southern New Jersey area and is happy to help homeowners settle into the community. He has assisted clients all over New Jersey, with a primary focus in Burlington County, Camden County, Mercer County, Gloucester County, and the entire greater Philadelphia Area.
Christian sets himself apart from other members of the industry by using his extensive product and industry knowledge to help clients to buy a home at the right time.
Christian has worked with his business partner Michal Hess for over 10 years, and they have closed thousands of home loans as a team. They work hard together to ensure that clients always have a point of contact for information about their mortgage, and they do everything that they can to ensure a smooth loan process. Christian and Michal have widespread knowledge about first-time purchases, second-home purchases, refinance, FHA and VA, conventional, 203(k) renovation, and jumbo loans.
In his free time, Christian spends time with his wife raising their two daughters in Moorestown, NJ. He coached and sponsored a Moorestown Youth League Softball team, and he is a full-time dance dad. He is also a member of the Laurel Creek Country Club in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey.

Also, because renovation costs are spread throughout the entire term of the loan, monthly payments are often lower than other financing options. With the loan, there is also no need to delay improvements. You can start in immediately after closing. Another great feature is the loan's simplicity - one application, one set of fees and closing costs, one closing to attend and one payment each month. The interest on the cost of your improvements, included in your mortgage, may be tax deductible2 as well.
