About Tom Gumb
Tom Gumb is highly regarded for his work in the renovation mortgage space, having built an exceptional reputation from his previous leadership of several high producing renovation lending teams at some of the largest residential mortgage firms in the country. At HomeBridge, Tom’s primary focus is to continue to build the company’s profile as a leader in renovation lending, which includes recruiting new associates to join the organization throughout the New York metropolitan Tri-State area.
A native of New York City’s Five Boroughs, Tom was raised on Staten Island, where he still resides today. Active in the community, Tom volunteers with his local Boy Scouts of America council, where both of his sons are Eagle Scouts, and is a board member of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry/Home Improvement Contractors of Staten Island, assisting the organization in its drive to raise money for Pediatric Trauma Center of NY, Staten Island Agency for Alzheimer’s and Dementia, as well as other cause-driven entities.
Tom’s dedication to customer service and mentorship has led to him receiving numerous accolades during his 30-year career. Prior to joining HomeBridge, both Tom Gumb, and the teams he mentored, regularly received top achievement awards for exceeding sales expectations and more importantly, in recognition of their dedication to customer service. While his career in mortgage lending includes a diverse range of roles, his focus on the renovation lending space, and what it can do for Tri-State area home buyers, enables him to thrive by leveraging loan programs overlooked even by some seasoned veterans of the housing industry.
