About Ted Utley
Ted Utley is an experienced mortgage professional who’s been assisting Oregon residents with their homebuying needs since 1996. Ted has done so by providing loan solutions that meet each customer’s home financing needs. Needs that include:
- First-time home purchases
- Second-home/investment purchases
- Non QM loan products for Self Employed and 1099 contracted employees
- Federal loan program access (VA, FHA, USDA)

Ted lives with his Dachshund, Toby, and is a lifetime member of the Oregon Club and Past President of the Eugene Active 20/30 club. Each year, Ted heads to Kansas City where he competes in an annual BBQ competition. In 2021, Ted and his team finished 17th out of 87 teams. He also competed in The American Royal BBQ Competition in 2021 the largest BBQ competition in the world.
