YOUR MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATOR
About Summer Pineda
Wife, mother of two, and Mortgage Loan Officer – that’s me! Born and raised in this beautiful Yakima Valley, I have chosen to make this area my home. The service industry has played a major role throughout my entire life. I started working at the age of 12 in my family’s restaurant and continued in the restaurant industry throughout my college career. This fast-paced, service-oriented atmosphere was the ideal training for my future career. I wanted to help people in a challenging industry that would also encourage long term success for my clients.
After completing my Associates Degree with North Seattle Community College, I worked briefly for Windermere Real Estate in Seattle where I found myself intrigued in the financing side of real estate. I knew I wanted to pursue my education, and in the winter of 2006, I was fortunate to find a mortgage team to help groom me while continuing my education at Central Washington University. After graduating with my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in 2009, I became a full-time Loan Officer and never looked back. During all that time, I experienced the highs and lows of the mortgage industry from companies closing to corporate acquisitions, to finding a home with a fantastic long-standing company. Throughout my career, I have seen the compression and relaxation of mortgage guidelines and have developed an understanding of how best to serve my clients in this ever-changing industry.
My business is 100% supported through the referrals of colleagues, friends, and clients. The most gratifying feeling is knowing I have set my clients up for long term financial success through homeownership. I have the programs, knowledge, and experience to help serve you.
Whatever your reason for mortgage financing may be, I will help you accomplish your goals. I help first-time home buyers, more experienced buyers, and even investors with purchases or refinances of programs like 0% down VA and USDA to low down payment FHA and Conventional loans.
