Scott Hastings is an experienced mortgage professional who’s been helping customers reach their homeownership goals for over 20 years. He’s done so by always listening to his clients and providing loan solutions that meet their unique home financing needs. Needs that include:

• Second-home/investment purchases

• Federal loan program access (VA, FHA, USDA)

Having won the President’s Club award multiple years, Scott has a keen understanding of mortgage guidelines and regulations. That, together with his methodical approach to the loan process, means that he can assist with any homebuying situation. Looking at your loan scenarios from different angles, Scott will put the puzzle together to find creative solutions that others may miss and work hard to get you the funding you deserve.

When Scott isn’t working with customers, he’s rooting for the Panthers or spending time with his wife. They both enjoy CrossFit, and Scott often helps his wife run the equestrian facility she owns if he isn’t visiting their daughter at North Carolina State University. Scott loves serving his community and discovering new ways to help clients establish roots through better home financing.
