Michael Pennington is an experienced mortgage professional who’s been helping his clients reach their goals since 2003. He’s done so by always delivering excellent service and providing loan solutions that meet each customer’s unique home financing needs. Needs that include:

• First-time home purchases
• Second-home/investment purchases
• Home renovations
• New construction home loans
• Federal loan program access (VA, FHA, USDA)

Michael’s years of experience means he’s an expert in the mortgage industry. He combines this deep knowledge of financial markets with a direct approach that saves time, helps his customers achieve goals, and provides winning offers. Michael finds solutions others may miss and has built his business on always being available when his customers need him.

When Michael isn’t helping customers, he’s with his wife and their son Jack. He’s an avid bourbon collector and has assembled over 200 unique bottles. In 2022, Michael and his wife launched the R.O.B. Foundation to support local nonprofits and recognize his friend Rob Prestininzi, who passed away in 2021.
