What Our Customers Say About Me

Victoria H. Jul-20
“Mary Stevens was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and helpful walking me through the steps. She assisted when there were challenges (my ID & SS# was stolen and caused some issues). Mary is a true asset to your company. Friendly, outgoing and I knew she had my best interests in mind. I trusted her completely. Thank you!”
Thomas L. Jun-20
“Mary was on top of the process throughout. She communicated clearly about issues in underwriting and was a creative problem solver for us. We are both retired and have a comfortable asset base but most of the funds we have are not taxed e.g. Roth Ira and existing brokerage accounts we draw from. Mary and underwriting staff were very helpful in navigating the Fannie/Freddie guidelines on income.”
