About Mark Keysboe

It has been my pleasure to celebrate success and fulfillment as a mortgage lender since 2001. Having previously worked as a bank commercial construction loan officer, I chose to enter residential mortgage lending with a specialization in construction and renovation mortgages. To this day, it’s still about 90% of the mortgage business I originate. Whether you’re building a custom home from the ground up, remodeling your existing home to make it more ideal for your family, or purchasing a fixer-upper, Homebridge allows me to offer you all the mortgage options available to meet your needs.

With a deeper added background as a CPA, I approach mortgage lending as a consultant first and foremost. I am committed to patiently explaining how the mortgage process will work, to fully understanding your expectations and to confidently coach you down the right path. I will only sell you the right mortgage product for your needs. As a trained accountant, I will deliver keen attention to detail and will strive to make sure your expectations are met, on your timeline.

Please allow me to be of assistance on your next mortgage.

“We applied for a residential construction loan with Mark at Homebridge Bank and this was the first time we have gone through the process of a loan of this type. At first it was daunting being that the process is very multifaceted, but Mark walked us through it seamlessly. He helped us understand the process and explained to us what to expect next. We closed on schedule and is always there when we have questions.”
