About Mark Carroll
Mark has been in the lending industry for over 13 years as a home mortgage consultant, and has received “Circle of Excellence” and “President’s Club” honors for current and previous employers each year. He started in the mortgage industry back in 2004, after a career in professional baseball where he played in the Seattle Mariners organization for over 7 years. Once retiring from baseball, he immediately began helping others achieve their dreams of homeownership and also providing financial counseling to looking for ways to improve their lives.
From the start of Mark’s career, he realized the importance of doing what is right and vowed to always being upfront and honest with his customers, with the ultimate goal of ensuring his clients were more than satisfied after their loan process was complete. Now, the majority of Mark’s business comes from repeat clients and referrals from their personal friends/family members, which is a true testament to the care he puts into each person he has the chance to talk to.
He believes in following through on what he says he will do, and more importantly educating his customers to ensure they completely understand the process of buying a house, the programs and options available, and that they are receiving the absolute best option available for them. As a result of Mark’s strict attention to detail and extreme thoroughness with every single transaction, his satisfaction levels are some of the highest in the company, and he is commonly told how easy of a process it was for his clients.
As homeowners here in the Tri-Cities, Mark and his wife have built, purchased and sold homes previously and can offer a unique and valued perspective for all homebuyers. Whether his clients have financing, new construction, remodeling, tax or real estate questions, he has the knowledge and experience to help them make the right choices.
Mark was born and raised in upstate NY, near the Catskill Mountains, and currently resides in S. Richland with his wife, Cassie, and twin boys, Austin and Rowan. In his spare time he enjoys spending quality time with his family and children, cooking and eating, and taking trips to new, undiscovered places whenever possible.
