Heather Vickers

Heather has well over a decade of experience on all sides of the mortgage process from origination to closing. She started her mortgage career on the operations side of a large nationally known bank, helping distressed homeowners stay in their homes after the 2008 housing crisis. Heather went on to become a loan originator with a passion and empathy for the needs of homebuyers whether it’s their 1st home purchase or their last. Heather’s caring and empathetic nature has made her a go-to for many clients who continue to refer their friends and family and has a strong network of dedicated realtors who appreciate Heather’s hand’s on approach with their clients.

Heather works hard to make sure her clients are in the know with her stellar communication skills and a strong customer service background, she will keep you at ease from contract to keys in your dream of homeownership whether it’s your 1st, 2nd or 3rd home and beyond… 

When Heather isn’t helping her clients you can find her with her 2 teenagers Ben and Layla and Golden Retriever Duncan, while going off-roading in their jeep on Sandy Neck Beach (when weather permits) in their hometown on Cape Cod. 

She is passionate about animal rescue missions and helps foster Aruba puppies who are in need of homes, in addition to US rescue efforts of abandoned puppies. 

Heather is a true Cape Codder and it’s evident that she loves where she lives and wants nothing more than to help prospective homeowners in her area enjoy the Cape Cod life too.
