About Gayle Arrowood


Gayle Arrowood has spent the last 25 years of her career helping individuals and families in the Bay Area achieve homeownership. She began her career at an entry-level position with a local bank and quickly worked her way up to become one of their top loan officers. As a Mortgage Loan Originator, Gayle has built a solid reputation in the community for her clear communications style and integrity.

Gayle keeps her borrowers’ best interest at the center of every transaction and offers the following loan products for purchases and refinances:

  • FHA/VA/USDA loans

Gayle’s focus is to make sure her borrowers understand the loan process from beginning to end. Specializing in first-time homebuyers, she’s able to provide her customers with the information they need to stay in the driver’s seat during their homebuying transaction. Gayle breaks down the steps and presents the complex mortgage language in a straightforward manner.

When she’s not walking her customers through their loan, Gayle spends time with her five daughters and granddaughter. Gayle loves to garden and has a large planted vegetable garden. She used to be a competitive weightlifter and, beginning at age 46, held several world records for the deadlift and squat.  She’s actively involved in her local community, and is currently a board member with Rotary Club of Sonoma Valley, overseeing community grants of $100,000 total annually.
