About Colin Cossio

Colin Cossio has been in the mortgage industry for close to 10 years. He is passionate about helping people achieve their dream of home ownership. Before Colin entered the mortgage industry, he was a field corpsman with the U.S. Marines of 2nd LAI Battalion (“Wolfpack”) during Operation Desert Storm. When Colin returned home he completed his studies at University of San Diego School of Law. After working for a litigator for 17 years, Colin switched into finance. His love for helping people brought him into helping others achieve homeownership.

Colin has been active in his community as a Little League coach and board member; he currently volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) with Voices for Children and helps transform the lives of abused, abandoned, and neglected children.  As a veteran, Colin proudly supports various veteran-related organizations. Married for 29 years to his lovely wife Darlene, Colin lives in Alpine along with his three children, Chandler, Darien and Danica
