My professional activities are guided by a strong personal sense of responsibility to my clients. It is my goal to help families realize their dream of homeownership, provide investors with guidance on their portfolio purchases, and assist luxury homebuyers with custom loan options. I love being able to make that ultimate dream home a possibility. I strive to make myself available to my clients, educate and guide them through their loan process, and make them feel confident and secure with their financial decision.
I began working in mortgage lending in 1998. Loan programs were abundant, which required me to absorb a lot of information, guidelines and procedures so I could best serve my clients. I became very proficient at the technical workings of the mortgage industry.
In 2001, my husband and I founded our own mortgage company. We grew our business and helped train several loan officers prior to selling it in 2006. At that time, I went from small business owner to big bank loan officer and also acquired my underwriting license. Being an underwriter gave me a unique skillset that allowed me to give my clients upfront knowledge that would assist them in the approval process. I have had the pleasure of working for several good lending facilities over the years however, Homebridge is where I feel the best about my ability to deliver unparalleled customer service to my clients. Which is always my goal!
