“In the last 6 months, I have sold 3 homes, bought 3 homes, and had to do a refinance to be able reuse my VA certificate to buy my wife's retirement home. If you have ever done any of the things I listed above, you know how long and drawn out it is. How many times they come back to you for more documents, and more documents, and when you think there is no possible way they could ask for anything else they now need updated documents because it has taken so long. I had no loyalty to any of the previous lenders simply because they didn't build that relationship with me. When I went on my rant to Brian about my most recent experiences, he LISTENED to me! Not just heard what I was saying and continue the process, but actually listened. He made sure I didn't have to update documents because we actually closed on time! I closed on the two homes on 15 March. Today is June 9, why did take me 3 months to write this review? I called him yesterday because I was having issues filing my property tax as a Disabled Veteran. 100% NOT HIS JOB, however he assisted me and when he didn't have the answer he called someone else and called me back in about an hour with the information I needed. He was cheerful on the phone about helping.
