Scott Johnson

SVP, Divisional Leader

“Focus on the right things – Things that are good, true, excellent, admirable and praiseworthy! What a way to start your day – What a way to lead! If you focus on the negative or what other people say or the drama then you lose focus on what is right and you become ineffective as a leader. Focus Up – not down!

Leaders work to help others become better! It is exciting to see better happen!”
