We are thrilled to expand our renewed commitment to Diversity and Inclusion through a partnership with Circa, a national workforce development and recruiting company. With a tarnished history of discrimination, the mortgage industry must take responsibility now to create a new path for equal housing opportunities for all. This starts from within each organization.

Circa will help promote our employment opportunities to a more diverse population nationwide via its vast network of community partnerships. Partnering with Circa will allow us to reach more African Americans, Latinos, Women, Native Americans, Veterans, LGBTQ, individuals with disabilities, professional and industry organizations, skilled trade associations, college students and more. We expect this new relationship with Circa to directly contribute to our goal of increasing our minority associate base by 10% by the end of 2021.

Our partnership with Circa will help us build more diverse, innovative and high-performing teams by enhancing recruiting efforts – putting us in front of a broader talent set. This level of focus is not only the right thing to do, but a more diverse workforce will enable us to better reach underserved communities. This country is comprised of many diverse communities and as a national mortgage company that operates across all 50 states, it is our goal to reflect internally the type of diversity we see throughout the communities we serve. This will help us better understand the needs of our customers, ultimately improving our products and services.

These efforts will allow us to truly achieve our mission of making the dream of home ownership a reality for every customer, every day.
