For example don’t necessarily pass on a home because it it’s older. Older doesn’t mean “bad” as older homes have stood the test of time and often were built with better quality materials.
Don’t let paint colors throw you off. Some people just don’t have the best of taste when it comes to painting their home, and re-painting is inexpensive and easy to do. Imagine what a room would look like if you repainted it with the color of your choice!
